Commissioners asked staff to request full plan sets from the theatre team — not just single sheets — so the commission could evaluate the proposed location, size and screening options. Members said they would be willing to discuss alternatives with the theatre and to request that the theatre present before zoning or planning boards if needed.
No formal vote was taken; the commission asked staff to request full drawings and alternative approaches from the theatre team for review at a future meeting.
