DRC recommends Amelia National Golf maintenance facility site plan to department heads; no further comments from staff

Several department representatives stated they had no further comments. Stephanie Kaiser, planning; Kayla Burris, Development Services; Cathy Vanzant, Environmental Health; Constance Lake, Building Department; and Amanda Bauman, Fire Department each said they had no further comments on Tab E.
At the start of the meeting the chair had noted that one project on the agenda would be recommended to department heads for approval. With departmental staff reporting no further comments at the DRC meeting, staff will forward SP25-016 to department heads for their consideration and final approval as appropriate under county procedures. The DRC itself is an advisory body and does not make final approvals.
