The board set ad valorem property taxes for tax year 2025‑26 under resolution R2425‑84 as follows: a permanent rate of $4.8701 per $1,000 of assessed value, a local option levy of $1.63 per $1,000 of assessed value, and debt service for general obligation bonds in the amount of $44,969,115. Resolution R2425‑85 categorized the taxes for Article XI, Section 11b purposes. Each of the four budget and tax resolutions passed by roll call vote 6–0 after Director Kemp rejoined the meeting.
