The board unanimously approved a set of calendar and recognition resolutions, including a resolution declaring June as LGBTQIA+ Pride month and a resolution recognizing June 19, 2025, as Juneteenth. Trustees also adopted an updated Board Governance Handbook and approved declarations of need that allow the district to employ fully certified and intern teachers if necessary for 2025–26.
On capital and facilities matters the board accepted the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee's annual report and approved the schematic design for a new two-story classroom building at Mary Collins at Cherry Valley.
