The commission accepted a warranty deed from Clearfield City and the Clearfield City Community Development Renewal Agency conveying a small gap of property (Tax ID 120200144) at the Davis County Health Department campus in Clearfield. The parcel is 0.0033 acres and runs with the land; no financial consideration was paid, staff said. Commissioners also ratified a nonbinding letter of intent to explore purchase of a nearby property at 49 East 200 South in Clearfield. The building at that address is described in meeting materials as a 10,398-square-foot office facility on 1.35 acres; the letter of intent simply seeks the owner’s interest in entertaining offers.
