"This is the HOME agreement," Calloway said, describing the packet item as a routine formality. She said Tamarac is a consortium member with Broward County and that the county’s paperwork was delayed because the allocation covered COVID-era fiscal years.
Calloway said the total for the combined fiscal years 2021–2023 is $295,624.24 and that the funds will be used for the city’s owner-occupied minor home repair (hardening) program. She thanked the city attorney for resolving details needed to permit reimbursement under the agreement.
