Planning Commission continues Campania Estates replat and rezoning request indefinitely

The Bellevue Planning Commission on May 20 granted an indefinite continuance to an application to replat and rezone lots 1 through 4 of Campania Estates (case Z-2503-03SD-2503-05) to allow the applicant more time to address platting issues.
Dorothy Campania is the applicant for the replat and waiver of section 6-77 of the subdivision regulations regarding excessive depth in relation to width. Staff said it had no objection to an indefinite continuance and that the city would re-advertise and re-notify neighbors when the application returns to the agenda. There was no public testimony on the item.
Commissioner Yoder moved to approve the indefinite continuance; Commissioner Ackley seconded. The motion carried with all voting yes.
