Planning commission approves revised final PUD for Vista Ridge Phase 1

He told commissioners that road work on the site is already underway and the developer is coordinating with that construction.
Commissioner David Foley moved to approve the revised final PUD for Vista Ridge Phase 1; an unnamed commissioner seconded the motion. The commission carried the motion by voice vote and directed that the governing body be asked to accept the dedications associated with the plat.
