Clinton — The Clinton Planning Commission met June 5 and approved multiple site-plan items, the commission’s chair reported to the City Council on June 10.
The commission approved a site plan for Pink Door Secure Self Storage in the city’s industrial area for permanent outdoor RV and other storage. The commission also approved Home Depot’s plat, conditional-use permit for outdoor display and sales, and associated site plan for its Clinton location.
Commission staff told the council the next planning commission meeting, likely to be rescheduled from July 3, will include a site-plan update for Quail Point Veterinary Clinic on South 2000 West.
The planning commission report was delivered as an informational item to the council; the City Council did not take formal action on the planning commission’s approvals during the June 10 meeting.
