Harlandale ISD approves Jacob Salinas as director of transportation and logistics

The board had convened in closed session earlier to discuss multiple personnel matters, including the superintendent’s recommendations for administrative assignments and possible litigation matters; only the action to appoint Salinas was announced after the closed session.
