Council asks Recreation & Parks for report on cattle at Hansen Dam

The roll was recorded as 12 ayes on the motion to call the item special. No enforcement action or permit revocation took place at the meeting; the council requested a departmental report to establish whether cattle are authorized under the existing tenancy agreement and to return with findings.
