The board took one formal action earlier in the meeting: minutes from the May 22 meeting were approved on a voice vote after a motion by Tyler and a second by Werfel. At roll call the clerk noted nine members present; the chair then called for "aye" or "nay" and the minutes were approved.
The county did not provide a firm timeline in the discussion for when mass processing of liens would resume; staff said they expected an acceptance report from "Mr. Swihart" in the coming days.
