Miller said the coalition has met monthly for a year, hosted a community forum connecting service providers and city leaders, engaged two social-work interns, and updated a community resource guide available in English and Spanish and posted to the city website. She presented a final draft of the coalition's bylaws and asked council to weigh in on incorporation into city operations to improve residents' access to services and strengthen coordination among providers.

Miller said she had emailed council a copy of the bylaws and could provide printed copies; councilmembers asked whether copies were available and Miller said they had been emailed and she could circulate additional printed copies.
