Planning staff presented revised drawings showing two freestanding column features, new pavers and an uplighting plan. The revisions incorporate two rounds of design input: recommendations from the Planning and Zoning (PNZ) board (notably a more durable concrete block base and a lighting color/temperature standard) and later color/material preferences from the Heron Bay homeowners association (HOA).
