Saratoga Springs council convenes executive session on pending litigation; no action taken

At the meeting, the mayor moved to convene an executive session. The motion was seconded, and the chair called for the vote; all council members present — Mayor Safford and Commissioners Seggingsy, Marshall, Cole and Moran — voted in favor. The council met in executive session and upon return the mayor announced that councilors had discussed pending litigation and that no action had been taken during the closed session.
After the executive session the council resumed the public meeting and proceeded with items on the agenda, including scheduling proclamations and other items for the following meeting.
