Marvie (staff), explaining the statute, said the subcommittee "shall meet quarterly from 07/01/2022 through 06/30/2025 and report at least once annually," and that SB 878, passed during the 2025 General Assembly session, reorganizes membership so representative labor and business members will be part of the full commission.
