The resolution thanks Firth for her "dedicated service" and extends best wishes for her health and retirement.
A motion to adopt the resolution was made "by Commissioner Evans, by Commissioner Mitchell" and carried without opposition. The court's minutes record the action as approved in open session on the June 2025 agenda.
Judge Breeding and other court members offered personal remarks of appreciation on the record and noted Firth was watching the meeting remotely.
