Commissioners voted unanimously on the three designation resolutions. The commission adopted Resolution No. 2025-7 for 20 East Los Olivos (Spanish Colonial Revival, built 1924), Resolution No. 2025-9 for 1740 Overlook Lane (Spanish Colonial Revival by George Washington Smith, 1922, with additions by Lockwood de Forest Jr., 1927 and 1932) and Resolution No. 2025-10 for 903 Arbolado Road (Spanish Colonial Revival, designed by Anna Louise Murphy Vey, 1922). Staff presentations described character-defining features and the properties— retained historic integrity.
