Senior contracts analyst Amanda Clinton said the contractor (PACKX) has finished the work and ODOT has inspected the project. Capital engineering manager Christy Krueger described the scope: four speed humps spaced along West D Street (Mill Street to River Hills Drive), a raised crosswalk at the park on the east end, sight‑distance improvements and a realigned riverfront path connection, a new bicycle transition to separate cyclists from pedestrian sidewalks and ADA ramp upgrades.
A motion to adopt the acceptance resolution passed on a 6–0 roll call vote.
