Skagit County launches ClearPoint dashboard to track strategic plan; 115 staff involved

Skagit County officials updated the Board of County Commissioners on progress implementing the county strategic plan and showed a first draft of ClearPoint, a balanced‑scorecard software the county will use to track objectives, key performance indicators and initiatives.
Jennifer Johnson, deputy county administrator and project lead for the strategic plan work, said the county has formed cross‑departmental Key Focus Area (KFA) teams and assigned 115 employees to KFA work groups. She said 33 employees have been assigned as measure or initiative leads with responsibility for populating ClearPoint and tracking outcomes.
