Superintendent Belvoir had earlier told the board that a draft contract from Muskingum Valley ESC was expected but that the ESC planned minor changes after its board met the same evening, and he recommended tabling agenda item 5.13 until June 23 to allow the updated contract to be included. The board voted unanimously to table that item.
On the Fairfield County ESC contract (agenda item 5.14), administrators described the services as the same ESC-provided services the district received in the previous year; the board approved the contract for fiscal year 2026 by unanimous roll call.
The board also approved a contract with the Fairfield County Sheriff's Department for SRO services (agenda item 5.15). Superintendent Belvoir praised Deputy Feasel, saying she "has done a tremendous job," and board members discussed the contract structure.
