Council approves Main Street closure for Caviar Crawl event

Staff noted the town has previously signaled an interest in limiting Main Street closures; this event would raise the number of closures for the year but organizers withdrew a prior related closure in another case so the total remained manageable. Police recommended a street closure for safety last year, which is why the applicant sought the formal closure this year. The council approved the closure by roll call vote.
