The applicant requested a continuance for BOA case 23,896 (231 East 305th Street South) to June 10. Planning staff requested a continuance for BOA case 23,897 (7625 East 201st Street South) because of a notice error. The board approved both continuances by voice vote.
Staff asked members of the public present whether anyone wished to comment on either continuance; no public testimony was offered. The board recorded the continuances and directed that the items return on June 10 with corrected notices and any supplemental materials.
