Committee members supported the practice and suggested the district circulate the list in advance and treat it as a standing consent item to avoid repeated debate unless unusual items appear.
Staff said the approach would improve transparency and recordkeeping for discarded assets; no formal policy change or vote occurred during the committee meeting.
