Foundation work continues; website conversion, donor signage and punch-list items remain

Foundation representatives and board members reported ongoing work to transition the building project website into the Waverly Public Library Foundation’s donations and promotion site, finalize donor signage, schedule investment committee work, and close out remaining building-project concerns.
Diana (foundation/board liaison) said the foundation’s investment committee will meet for a third-quarter review; scheduling conflicts among committee members delayed setting the regular meeting date and a new date is expected in the next week or two. Diana also reported plans to work with developer Danny Gordon of 1 Vision to convert the project website into a foundation donations/promotional site.
Several punch-list items from the building project remain: board members cited work needed on the fireplace, HVAC performance and functionality in the teen room. The foundation is coordinating donor signage and final grant reporting: Sarah noted one final CAT grant survey must be completed by the end of the month.
The board appointed Angie to the foundation board at the meeting (see separate action). Foundation members said they will coordinate with library staff to ensure the website swap and signage proceed and to reschedule the investment performance meeting.
