Councilmembers thanked the steering committee and staff for the work. Staff said minor typographical corrections remain and the final document will be posted to the city website; hard copies will be available at city offices on request. Council discussed monitoring the plan’s implementation and staff suggested the Planning Commission review progress on a quarterly basis.
