Milford City Council on Sept. 16 adopted a package of ordinances that amended city appropriations, authorized applications to the Ohio Public Works Commission for two State Route 28 projects, approved purchase and service agreements for AEDs, and renewed several city contracts.
The council unanimously passed Ordinance 25-392 to amend appropriation ordinances and reflect settlement and operating adjustments, Ordinance 25-393 and 25-394 authorizing TEC Engineering to prepare and submit Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) applications for sewer lining and a generator for the State Route 28 lift station, Ordinance 25-395 updating nuisance enforcement in codified Ordinances chapter 13.15, Ordinance 25-396 authorizing the purchase and five-year maintenance agreement for automated external defibrillators (AEDs) from Cintas, Ordinance 25-397 to increase broadband capacity at City Hall with Spectrum, and Ordinance 25-398 renewing the Pitney Bowes lease for a SendPro C postage meter.
