The council voted to authorize the mayor to execute a license agreement between Dryers Auto Service and the city for temporary parking on city-owned property. City staff said the agreement reflects two updates from a 2024 version: it allows assignment to a successor owner with the city’s written consent and it acknowledges a 0.25-foot encroachment by the licensee for title purposes. The motion was made from the floor, seconded, and recorded as carried by roll call (transcript: “Motion carries 5 to zip”).
