- 935 South Governor & 320 Washington: The board approved offering the applicant a license agreement for those two parcels.
- 804 Line Street: The board approved selling 804 Line Street to Echo Housing Corporation for $500; Echo described plans for transitional housing in partnership with JD Sheth Foundation.
- Oakley/Maryland parcels (903/905 Oakley and 623 Maryland): The board denied an initial application to place a mobile home on the site because city rules require mobile homes to be in a mobile-home development. The denial passed by roll-call with the following recorded votes: Josh Armstrong (Denied), Joe Cortosho (Denied), Jim Kegg (Denied), Colby Jackson (Denied), Malcolm Wickware (Denied), Casey Spivey (Denied), Darren Morley (Denied); Taylor Price abstained.
- Oakley/Maryland parcels (secondary application): The board approved Hope of Evansville's application for the same parcels plus 907 and 911 Oakley (roll-call: seven ayes, one abstention by Taylor Price).
- 511 Washington: An offer of $5,000 to build a tiny home was rejected. Staff and board members said a tiny home would not meet the Arts District design standards and minimum size requirements in city/county rules.
