Commission approves Aldi warehouse parking revision at 2080 Aldi Boulevard

The Wilson County Planning Commission approved a site-plan amendment July 18 for the Aldi warehouse parking expansion at 2080 Aldi Boulevard.
Planning staff said the amendment relocates a few parking spaces but maintains the same overall impervious area and otherwise meets site-plan requirements. Benjamin Hall, speaking for the applicant, described the change as a relocation of parking to improve site access. No public opposition was recorded. The commission approved the site plan on a voice vote following staff recommendation.
The approval was recorded as a standard site-plan consent after a brief staff presentation and applicant explanation.
