The commission on June 23 signed the DEP sewage planning module and reapproved the 4 J Farm LLC final subdivision plan (Lot 2), completing a procedural reapproval after the sewage enforcement officer (SEO) and owners signed required documents.
Why it matters: The planning module and subdivision reapproval were necessary because a revised sanitary/sewage note and depiction of an existing septic system and well were added to the plan after an earlier supervisor approval. Township staff and the SEO reviewed and signed the module; the commission reapproved and agreed to place updated dates/signatures on the record so the plan can be recorded.
What the meeting recorded - Sewage planning module: Commissioners moved and voted to sign the sewage planning module for 4 J Farm LLC, Lot 2. A motion to have the chairman and secretary sign the module was recorded earlier in the minutes as made by Tom Scribe and seconded by Ron Rash; the module already bore the SEO signature. - Final subdivision reapproval: Commission members then voted to reapprove the final subdivision plan for 4 J Farm LLC. Staff instructed that reapproval should be noted with a new date and the cover sheet should reflect the reapproval and existing SEO signature so County recording staff can accept the plan.
Procedural points Township staff noted the SEO should sign planning modules before they are brought to the commission in future. For the current matter the SEO had already signed; commissioners agreed to re‑date and sign the module for recording. Staff will file the revised, signed plan with the recorder’s office.
