The Minnetonka Planning Commission on July 10 voted 4-0 to recommend that the City Council approve an interim use permit for a portable classroom at Glenlake Elementary School, 4801 Woodridge Road.
Planning staff announced the consent-item request and noted that no members of the public asked to remove the item for separate discussion. Commissioners voted to approve the consent agenda, including the interim use permit; the recommendation will be transmitted to the City Council for its July 14 meeting.
No speakers from the public commented on the Glenlake Elementary item during the public hearing, and staff noted that the recommendation and conditions of approval remained unchanged from the materials provided to commissioners. The roll call on the consent agenda recorded votes of yes from Commissioner Brink, Commissioner Henry, Commissioner Minion and Chair Waterman.
Because this vote was a recommendation on a consent agenda item, the final decision will be made by the City Council at its July 14 meeting.
