The Executive Branch Audit Committee on July 29 approved two procedural items by voice vote: the minutes of its Oct. 29, 2024 meeting and the Division of Internal Audits' fiscal 2026 annual audit plan.
After a roll call confirmed a quorum, Governor Lombardo asked for public comment (none was given), then called for approval of the Oct. 29, 2024 minutes. A member moved to approve, another member seconded, and members indicated approval with "aye," after which Governor Lombardo said, "Motion passes." The meeting transcript does not record names for the mover or seconder.
Craig Stevenson presented the Division of Internal Audits' fiscal 2026 annual audit plan and said pre-audit work had begun on selected audits and others would open before the next committee meeting unless otherwise instructed. A member moved and a second was given; members again voted by voice and the motion passed.
Both actions were routine, recorded as passed by the committee during the meeting. No contested roll-call vote was recorded in the transcript; the motions were approved by voice vote.
