Fillmore council approves zoning amendment, purchase orders and routine registers; several items tabled

Fillmore City Council on July 1 adopted an amendment to the municipal code that revises residential zoning definitions and standards, approved payroll and payment-of-bills registers and several purchase orders, and tabled multiple items for future meetings.
