"This is parking. It's all about parking," a presenter said while outlining a map of garage locations and recent repairs. Staff described work on the Spruce and Saint Julien garages, including structural concrete repairs, replacement of a corroded I-beam, elevator-shaft stabilization, stair-deck work and new rooftop mechanical units. Staff said crews also installed gutters and heat lamps to prevent ice build-up at garage entrances.
