Baffrey equipment sign: new corporate design prompts ZBA to re‑notice public hearing

The board asked staff to re‑advertise and re‑schedule a public hearing and planning‑board referral; the clerk indicated the re‑notice will follow statutory public‑notice procedures.
The ZBA discussed practical options for a temporary banner or interim signage during ownership transition and suggested the applicant consult with the building inspector/ enforcement officer on temporary signage rules.
Next steps: ZBA staff will re‑notice the public hearing and provide materials to the planning board; the applicant was advised to consult enforcement staff about temporary signage pending final action.
