The Roseville City Council unanimously approved items 2 through 37 on the consent calendar during its July 16 meeting. Council approved the entire consent calendar by a single motion and roll-call vote.
The clerk noted that, pursuant to the Levine Act, Vice Mayor Albert received a contribution of more than $250 from the Gathering Inn, a party or agent in matter listed as agenda item 26; Vice Mayor Albert recused herself from participation and consideration of item 26. The record reflects the recusal prior to the consent vote. Following the clerk’s announcement, a motion to approve the consent calendar was made, seconded and passed on a five-to-zero roll-call vote.
Roll-call votes on the motion registered affirmative votes from Vice Mayor Albert (excepting recusal on item 26), Council Member Heldersheult, Council Member Adonsa, Council Member Locucci and Mayor Bernasconi. No members voted no or abstained. The council chair said the meeting would proceed with the remainder of the agenda.
The consent calendar covers a range of routine administrative matters (items 2–37); the agenda did not include extended public discussion of those items during the meeting.
