Whether you think they're empty boxes or not, please.” She said the site continues to receive large quantities of books and reusable items and that a free area at the facility is available for residents to claim usable goods.
The staff member noted recyclables placed beside the road are still common and encouraged residents to use the facility’s free drop-off — no sticker required — to preserve tax dollars.
Board members thanked staff for the report. No board action was required.
