The committee was reconstituted after a multi-year pause; Lorraine Carboni, the select board representative, described the group as dormant since around 2018 and said the select board expanded membership to seven seats. “I’m Lorraine Carboni. I’m the select board representative, to this committee. I’m very excited to be here,” Carboni said during introductions.
