Jennifer Olbeck and Neil Berg, civil division attorneys from the Lubbock County District Attorney's office, told the court the agreements have been split into four identical contracts by region. The resolution authorizes the judge to sign the standard TxDOT agreement covering each regional division.
A motion to approve the resolution was made and seconded on the record (the second was recorded as Commissioner Shaw). Commissioners approved the resolution by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
