Chase Building Team presents certificates of occupancy for three buildings at Goodyear High School

“On behalf of Chase Building Team, we just wanna say thank you for the opportunity to be part of this project… July third of this year, we got our shipment of occupancy for, 3 buildings, 3 main buildings on this project,” Connor Lewis said. He thanked the governing board, district administrators and project staff, and introduced colleagues Tim Goedette, Art Day, Duane Morales and Tom Hoffman, who attended the meeting.
Lewis said July 3 marked about one year since the contractor began site work. The team presented plaques described by Lewis as certificates of occupancy to the board during the meeting; the items were ceremonial and no formal board action on the certificates was recorded in the public transcript.
