Members of the public urged caution about committing town funds without complete cost information; one commenter said they would not approve a contract without final numbers. After discussion the council voted to table the awarding of the IT-services bid so the town can obtain the outstanding pricing details and clarify whether cybersecurity coverage will be a separate contract item.
Staff said they would follow up with the vendor and return with final figures at the next council meeting.
