Keene council approves election contract, adopts appointment policy, changes meeting schedule; several reappointments

Keene City Council on July 8 took several governance and administrative actions: it approved a contract for election services with the Johnson County Elections Office, adopted a new appointment policy that bars current city council members from serving on city boards and commissions, revised its regular meeting schedule to two meetings per month, reappointed four members to the Board of Adjustment and reappointed the municipal court judge.
