Commissioners accepted a quick claim deed for ParcelRPRMCPM009319 after staff reported the parcel had sold for $125 following a failed tax-deed sale and that the board had accepted the offer the prior week. A motion to sign the deed was approved by voice vote.

Finally, the board approved the consent and claims agenda as presented; commissioners recorded no separate discussion on those items in the transcript and approved the agenda by voice vote.
