Charlie Peery, staff planner, presented a final master development plan request for Mount Calvary Baptist Church to add a 1,244-square-foot addition to the existing building on approximately half an acre in MRO (multi-residential and office) zoning at Brown Place and North Boyer Avenue.
Staff noted the addition will match existing vinyl-siding elevations and that the applicant needs to provide a parking layout; Peery said the project will remove two parking spaces and the applicant will present a revised parking plan.
Lisonbee Turner of Greenwood Design said the owner will attend the Planning Commission hearing and the team will address staff comments; no vote or decision was recorded at the work session.
