Staff described comments as mainly architectural (requiring an alternative architecture approval) and engineering asked for cross-section details because the street has a roadside ditch with no curb and gutter; the sidewalk location will need to be coordinated to fit within right-of-way or via a public access easement.
No applicant representative spoke at length in the work session and no vote was held; staff expects the plan to return to Planning Commission with the requested cross-section and architecture details.
