At the open-session report out, Vice Chair Hicks, citing Authority counsel, said: "A privilege and confidential, discussion was had amongst the board members. No reportable action was taken." The board did not provide further details in open session.
The authority did not take any public votes or make public decisions tied to the litigation during the meeting. The matter will remain subject to the confidentiality protections that accompany closed-session legal discussions.
Following the report out, the authority proceeded with routine business, including approval of the consent calendar.
