The resolution covers repairs and construction on Balsam Avenue, Basswood Avenue, Cypress Avenue, Demarest Road, Dogwood Court, Holly Street, Juniper Street, Magnolia Street, Sassafras Court and Sequoia Avenue.
City staff explained this project is part of the city’s annual sidewalk repair program, which targets neighborhoods with a collection of sidewalk issues. The plan includes a cost-sharing opportunity with residents; public notices and a detailed cost outline are expected to be presented at a future council meeting.
Council approved the resolution following staff remarks confirming staff will return with a cost outline for affected properties.
