Teton County commissioners approve $1.52 million voucher run, liquor permits

The Teton County Board of Commissioners on July 7 unanimously approved the county's voucher run for July 7, 2025, and several routine consent items.
Commissioner Prost moved to approve the voucher run and an interfund transfer, saying, "I move to approve the 07/07/2025, county voucher run-in the amount of $1,518,077.73 and I further move to approve an interfund transfer in the amount of $1,356,478.5." Commissioner Pope seconded the motion. The board voted unanimously to carry the motion.
The board also approved a set of 24-hour liquor permits as part of the consent agenda. A commissioner moved to "approve the 24 hour liquor permits for Teton assets, Astoria Park Conservancy, Amplify Astoria, and Jedediah Corporation for 2 events in July and an event in September as presented." That motion carried unanimously after a second.
During the voucher discussion, commissioners asked staff to confirm minor petty cash and petty-account items. Staff said receipts were attached and petty cash disbursements were allocated to the appropriate accounts. Commissioners also noted a roughly $9,500 expenditure for a security system at the coroner's office; the board treated the item as routine.
No public comment was offered during the portion of the meeting covering vouchers and the consent agenda. The motions to adopt the meeting agenda, approve the vouchers and the interfund transfer, and approve the liquor permits all passed on unanimous voice votes.
