The Harnett County Board of Commissioners approved revised bylaws for a First Responders Advisory Committee, a revised letter of support for a Buffalo Lake Road and Alpine Drive roundabout project and a delegation authorizing the chairman to sign contract amendments that exceed the county manager’s signature threshold. The board then moved into closed session to consult counsel on pending litigation.

Chris Poe, staff member, presented the amended bylaws, saying the document incorporated changes discussed at the board’s prior work session.
